I passed the first exam. I wish I had done better, but I guess passing is what counts! There were things on the exam I hadn’t even heard of. They were probably in chapters that I only skimmed over. Now I just have to study for the second half.

I’m an isolation junkie. I am alone most of the time. I keep track of people on Facebook. I usually use the applications like “Superpoke” or games to interact with people. Once in a while I write a message to someone, and if someone actually writes back more than “Thanks” and tries to communicate with me, it scares me a little bit. It shouldn’t scare me, I want to have friends, but it does. It’s like a little electric shock or something!

I need to do this again, because my job is over. I made plans to meet a friend tomorrow afternoon. I wonder what we’ll talk about. I’m not exactly mr exciting!

My first day was not too bad. It was very confusing at first, because they were making announcements on a crappy loudspeaker and I couldn’t hear a word. Everybody started on the same day, so it was a zoo, but most people were as confused as I was, so at least it was not so embarrassing. The computers didn’t work at first, someone had to come around and set up our accounts one at a time. I passed the training exam I needed to pass, so I guess I’m all set!

Tomorrow is my first day at my new job. I hope everything works out ok. If I can work this job and find a decent permanent job, I can finally move and finish many of my other goals!

I’ve been down to 20 mg for a few days. I’ve been having vivid, crazy dreams. I get sad sometimes, but I don’t think any more than usual. I feel a little better also because I have a job.

Some of the coops apparently have openings, so unless my job doesn’t work out, I’ll move into one of them soon.

I have another job: grading exams. It’s full time and pays pretty well, the only problem is I live too far away. I now need to find housing in the area. Another exciting adventure, I guess. I hope I can find a permanent job that doesn’t suck.

I just applied to take another Civil Service Exam. Who knows, it might work this time.

I am definitely leaving the house tomorrow. I might go a few minutes away, or an hour or more away. I need to feel more independent.
